Eastern aimags discussing joint development with bordering Chinese region

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. A six-sided cooperation meeting among Sukhbaatar, Dornod and Khentii aimags of Mongolia and Xilingol League, Tongliao and Chifeng or Ulankhad cities of Inner Mongolia, People's Republic of China kicked off on August 8 in Sukhbaatar aimag.
The forum is being attended by parliament member and Minister of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry Ch.Ulaan, Governor of the Xilingol League Ho Jio Liang, trade bureau head of Ulankhad city Li Yan Bin and Vice Governor of Tongliao city Cheng Guanli, Chinese Consulate-General in Zamyn-Uud of Mongolia Jang I Shi, Acting Chief of Consulate General of Mongolia in Erenhot, China G.Tumurbaatar, Governor of Khentii aimag N.Ganbyamba and other officials. More than 200 guests from corresponding ministries and private sector and business delegates are taking part as well.
The six-sided forum of three eastern aimags of Mongolia with three bordering cities of Inner Mongolia, China is being organized for the fifth year, under the theme “Development gateway of eastern region – Collaborative Power”. The forum continues with presentations and open discussions of the delegates.
