State Secretary receives DPRK Ambassador

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. State Secretary of the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs N. Ankhbayar received Ambassador Extraordinary and
Plenipotentiary of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) to
Mongolia, Mr O Sung Ho on August 26.
State Secretary N. Ankhbayar expressed his commitment to
work closely with the Ambassador and DPRK Embassy staff for constantly
developing Mongolia-DPRK traditional friendly relations and cooperation and strengthening
ties between the foreign ministries.
Ambassador Oh Sung Ho noted that he would make efforts to
develop the long-term bilateral traditional friendly ties and cooperation, of
which foundations were laid by generations of leaders, in the interests of the peoples
of Mongolia and DPRK.
The parties also discussed the planned visits and activities to
be implemented as soon as the ‘COVID-19’ pandemic situation subsides.
