Minister of Culture receives Head of Swiss Cooperation in Mongolia

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. Minister of Culture Ch.Nomin received Head of the Swiss Cooperation in Mongolia Stefanie Burri yesterday.
At the outset, Minister Ch.Nomin thanked Swiss Cooperation for its constant support in Mongolia’s cultural sector and discussed major projects and programs for future cooperation.
Briefing on the Government of Mongolia’s recent decision to support Mongolian artists participating in the Cannes Film Festival and Venice Biennale, the Minister shared views on cooperation possibilities in this regard.
The meeting also touched on accelerating the works of the joint working group on organizing the Ulaanbaatar Film Festival and participating in the Locarno Film Festival in Switzerland.
