Mongolia participating in Expo 2020 Dubai

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. Mongolia is participating in the Expo
2020 Dubai, taking place from October 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022 in Dubai, the
United Arab Emirates. The six-month expo is being held under the theme ‘Connecting
Minds and Creating the Future’.
The Mongolian pavilion has been designed and decorated in line with the general theme of the expo, presenting the country’s tourism, environment, unique climatic features, customs, traditions and historical monuments. Mongolia's investment environment and opportunities are being promoted and products of national manufacturers are being presented there.
During the expo, an event ‘Mongolian Day’ and a business forum are scheduled to be held on November 16. It is believed that the events will open up opportunities for businesses between the two countries to launch cooperation, implement joint projects and programs, increase investment, and establish cooperation in the fields of urban development, planning and tourism, as well as exchange experiences.
On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and the United Arab Emirates, Mongolia intends to open its Embassy in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE this year.
