34 types of services to reopen from next week

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. At today’s extended meeting of the Government, Governor of the capital city and Mayor of Ulaanbaatar D. Sumiyabazar introduced 34 types of services that will re-open from next week, in connection with the Government decision to ease current COVID-19 strict lockdown from 06:00 December 14.
Mayor Sumiyabazar said, “We scrutinized 52 types of services by
the degree of risks. As this infection is transmitted by airborne droplets, risky
services such as saunas, fitness centers, spa centers and night clubs will not
be opened this time.”
It was decided to resume operations of 34 types of services, including the consumer goods section in the food shopping centers, trade centers of constructional materials, wood markets, coffee shops, bespoke tailoring, shoe repair service, home furniture service, photo studio, jewelry service, auto repair shops, laundry as well as others.
Moreover, several types of
services such as restaurants, cafeterias, food delivery services, auto market,
and taxi service will operate under special infection control conditions such
as keeping distance between customers.
