11 new COVID-19 cases detected in Mongolia

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. At the regular press briefing of the Ministry of Health today on December 6, it was reported that 11 new cases of COVID-19 were detected in Mongolia after testing 20,240 people nationwide within the past 24 hours.
Head of Surveillance Department of the National Center for Communicable Diseases (NCCD) A.Ambaselmaa reported that three new cases have been recorded in Ulaanbaatar city, with four in Selenge aimag, and four in Dornogobi aimag. No new infections were recorded in Orkhon, Gobisumber, and Arkhangai aimags.
As of today, the number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Mongolia has reached 842, with 368 recoveries.
