Tribute paid to monuments on Constitution Day

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On January 13 which marks the adoption of the Democratic Constitution of Mongolia, Speaker of the State Great Khural (Parliament) G.Zandanshatar, members of the parliament, cabinet members, members of the former People’s Great Khural and State Baga Khural who took part in the adoption of the constitution, and staff of the parliament secretariat laid wreaths before the Statue of General D.Sukhbaatar and paid tribute to the Statue of Chinggis Khaan.
On the occasion of the Constitution Day, ‘Constitution of Mongolia and legal reforms’ academic conference and award ceremony of the ‘Democratic Constitution and the importance of constitutional amendments and revisions’ content competition were held at the State House.
