Projects to receive emergency funding selected

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ With generous support from the Government of Canada through Global Affairs Canada, the Asia Foundation’s Women’s Economic Empowerment Project in Mongolia in cooperation with the National Committee on Gender Equality has announced to provide emergency funding to civil society organizations (CSOs) supporting women during COVID-19 pandemic.
The following 10 projects out of 95 projects submitted by CSOs have been selected and these projects which will be implemented with grants of each MNT 8 million for 4 months are expected to become a good practice and make valuable contribution in tackling issues faced by women and girls amid COVID-19 pandemic.
