Opportunities to export products of Mongolian companies discussed

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. Trade Representative Office at the
Mongolian Embassy to the Russian Federation, in collaboration with Investment
Research Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, organized an
online meeting on December 25 with representatives of Russian law firm ‘Prioritet’
to discuss possibilities of Mongolian companies to export their products to the
Russian market and establishing representative offices.
The meeting was attended by lawyers of the Russian law firm
and representatives from the Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Department
of the MFA, the Embassy of Mongolia in Moscow, and the Consulate General of
Mongolia in Kyzyl and Ulan-Ude respectively, as well as managerial members of ‘Erdenet
carpet,’ ‘Tuushin’ LLC, ‘Gobi Cashmere’ LLC, ‘Yanmal’ LLC, ‘Darkhan Minj’ and ‘Monos’
LLC and representatives of other companies.
At the meeting, the Mongolian side received relevant legal information
regarding the export to the Russian market and requirements and discussed more
issues related to further expansion of businesses and taxes, visas, and
labor force limits when company and organization opens representative office or branch.
