Precious items sent to President placed in Statehood History Museum

/MONTSAME/ President of Mongolia Kh.Battulga transferred the souvenirs and
other precious and rare items he received from foreign guests and
representatives to the treasury of the Mongolian Statehood History Museum.
Also, the ‘Secret History’ calligraphy work which required a great deal of effort in the making from the Script of the Eternal Sky calligraphy exhibition held among schoolchildren on the occasion of the National Pride Day was gifted to the museum and the President met with its creators.
The
calligraphy work created by 21 artists and students under the guidance of
calligraphy teacher D.Ganbaatar features the first five chapters of the Secret
History of the Mongols in 802 lines with its first inner circle containing 31
lines, second – 194 lines, and third – 576 lines.
President
Kh.Battulga who previously spoke of purchasing the artwork placed the ‘Secret
History’ in the Statehood History Museum to show it to a broader audience, extend
the usage of Mongolian traditional script, and promote the heritage to
students.
