Deputy Foreign Minister receives new Ambassador of Canada to Mongolia

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On December 24, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs B.Battsetseg received Ms. Catherine Ivkoff, who has been appointed as Ambassador of Canada to Mongolia, in connection with presenting her letter of credence.
Ambassador Catherine Ivkoff handed over a copy of her letter of credence to Deputy Foreign Minister B.Battsetseg and expressed that she is happy with her appointment to Mongolia. Underlining that relations and cooperation between Mongolia and Canada have already become strong, the Ambassador promised to make efforts for continuously developing the relations in all fields in the future.
Expressing her delight with their collaboration for expanding bilateral relations, Deputy Minister B.Battsetseg emphasized her intent to advance level of bilateral ties to Comprehensive Partnership.
