Murun city, Baruth/Mark to expand cooperation

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. Governor of Khuvsgul aimag
Sh.Iderbayasgalan received Mayor of Baruth/Mark town of the Federal Republic of
Germany Mr. Peter Ilk, who is now in Murun city on a working visit. This
year marks 10th anniversary since the establishment of partnership
between Khuvsgul aimag and Baruth/Mark town.
Since 2011, the parties have been cooperating in the
implementation of numerous projects, such as on the supply of ambulance and
firefighting vehicles to Murun city, and water purifiers to schools. Currently,
the Murun Waste Management Improvement Project is being implemented. “Bilateral
cooperation will be further expanded through the implementation of projects and
programs required in the province,” emphasized Mr. Peter Ilk during the
meeting.
