School children learn to code
SocietyUlaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. Within the
project ’10,000 programmers’ being implemented with a purpose to foster
information technology development, the UB Hub Innovation Center in partnership
with Codercub LLC organized a training ‘Hour of Code’ for children of general
education schools at UB Hub Innovation Center on December 15.
The training involved 127 children
aged 11-18, who learned international elementary coding method and received
certificates. During the training, students of Sys&Co club of the
University of Science and Technology and Hackum club of the National University
of Mongolia introduced their works and promoted the profession of information
technology.
