Draft amendment submitted to parliament on government
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ An advisor to the President on human rights and legal policy Ch.Onorbayar Tuesday submitted to parliament a draft amendment to the law on government.
Having two chapters, the draft amendment to the law aims to improve and upgrade a monitoring system of the State Great Khural--the legislative body of Mongolia--over governmental actions. In connection with submitting of the draft law, a draft amendment to the law on parliament has been formulated as well.
