Working group meets for project on reallocation methods
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A working group has been set up by order of the head of the Cabinet Secretariat for Government with responsibilities to work out a project on methods of reallocation of functions at the central and local bodies and to formulate a proposal on refining the project after testing it in the environmental sector.
This group ran Monday its first meeting at the State House to discuss the project, which has been worked out in frames of a program on supporting governance and decentralization, being implemented under an intergovernmental agreement between Mongolia and Switzerland.
The meeting reviewed a course of researches in the environmental sector and some ongoing works in garbage management and forest policy. In addition, experts delivered reports about the orientation allocation of Switzerland in the forest sector.
