4.2 magnitude earthquake occurs in Khanbogd soum

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. Yesterday, January 7, at 9:12 PM, a 4.2
magnitude earthquake struck a place named ‘Uzuur Ulaan’ of Nomgon bagh of
Khanbogd soum, Umnugobi aimag.
An epicenter of the quake was 21km east from Khanbogd soum.
The residents felt the tremors and no damage was reported.
