Biopreparation Production Plant restored
Biopreparation Production Plant has been restored and started its operation. Opening of the plant, which was restored in line with ‘Requirements for pharmaceutical plant’ and Requirements for Bio preparations plant standards, took place at the National Center for Public Health on October 22.
Maternity hospitals connected to telemedicine network

Eco-friendly advanced technology in use to reduce air pollution
A work is ongoing to replace low-pressure boilers of 20 schools and kindergartens, located in the air quality improvement zone, with electrical and advanced geothermal heating and gas heating technology. Within this framework, a gas heating equipment that has replaced low pressure boilers of school #139 and kindergarten #221 of Chingeltei district has been put into operation on October 18.
1000-cubic meter water reservoir put into operation
A 1000-cubic meter concrete water reservoir of Bayankhoshuu subcenter was put into operation on October 19. Built within the Ulaanbaatar Urban Services and Ger Areas Development Investment Program (GADIP), the water reservoir with booster pump station and 3.7 km water transmission pipeline enables 13,163 people of 3466 households residing in Bayankhoshuu subcenter to be provided with drinking water.
330 kV Ulaanbaatar-Mandalgobi transmission line commissioned
The 330 kV power transmission line stretching for 250 km between Ulaanbaatar and Mandalgobi soum of Dundgobi aimag and two electric substations which have been built with a soft loan of USD 113.04 million from the Exim Bank of China and an investment of USD 5.95 million from the Government of Mongolia were commissioned and handed over on October 18.
