Arkhangai Aimag Plants 28500 Trees
As part of the "One Billion Trees" National Campaign, Arkhangai aimag has planted 28500 trees across a total area of 19 hectares, including eight hectares in the landfill site in Erdenebulgan soum, six hectares in Ikhtamir soum, and five hectares in Battsengel soum. The aimag plans to plant trees along the roads to the Entry Gate, covering an area of 12 hectares, this autumn.

Border Guards Plant 650 Trees

Gobi-Altai Aimag Plants 21,000 Trees in a Day
According to the Governor's Office of Gobi-Altai aimag, over 21 thousand trees were successfully planted in Yusunbulag soum in a single day. Selenge Aimag’s Efforts to Expand Forests

According to the statement of a Senior Specialist at the Department of Green area of the Mayor's Office of Ulaanbaatar City B.Sukhbat, 120 million trees will be planted in the capital city Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia within the framework of the “One Billion Trees” national campaign.
