Diplomatic Passport Holders Exempted From Short-Term Visa Requirements

Ulaanbaatar, September 29, 2025 /MONTSAME/. On the sidelines of the General Debate of the 80th Session of the United Nations General Assembly, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia Battsetseg Batmunkh met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud on September 26, 2025.
During the meeting, the parties signed the Agreement between the Government of Mongolia and the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on "Exemption from Short-Term Visa Requirements for Holders of Diplomatic and Official/Special Passports.”
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, the parties also discussed ways to further enhancing bilateral relations and cooperation, and to put into practice the issues that had been previously agreed upon.
