Dairy products and traditional cuisine fair to take place at Khui Doloon Khudag

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Dairy products and traditional cuisine fair is to be held during the Nuudelchin Mongol Festival on August 11-15 at the Khui Doloon Khudag.

The fair is aimed at promoting, spreading and inheriting traditional preparation methods for Mongolian cuisine and dairy products as well as creating the opportunity to sell the products.

Traditional dairy products and cuisine fair will be organized in divisions as white cuisine /cuisine made with dairy processing/, red cuisine /cuisine made with meat and meat products/, and blue cuisine /cuisine made with fruits and berries/.

Moreover, public events such as Airag Festival, Dembee Festival and performance and trade fair of cuisine, drinks and desserts will take place.
