International Children's Day events

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The International Children's Day is being observed today nationwide as a public holiday. Following events are expected on the occassion:
At Sukhbaatar Square:
11:00-16:00 "Mongolian Child" celebration
At the National Culture and Leisure Centre:
A Week of Wonders series of events will continue. The event began at the park on May 27 and will continue until the end of June 2. A Week of Wonders incorporates circus performances, muppet shows, talent shows and sports competitions with different age classifications.
At the National Garden:
"Happy Village" event has been continuing since May 26 to last until June 4 for the International Children's Day.
At the National Music and Dance Ensemble:
Dance concert named "World of Children" is staged at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm.
In the State Academic Theatre of Drama:
"Snow White and Seven Dwarves" play is staged at 12:00; 3:00 and 6:00 pm.
In the Muppet Theatre:
"Little Lady's Muppet Theatre" play is being staged from May 27 to June 2.
In cinemas:
Gegeenten, Tengis and Urgoo cinemas will screen Emerald City of Oz with Mongolian translation.
At Mongolian Children's Palace:
A concert and award ceremony for children of vulnerable groups of society will take place.
