Mongolian Darts Player Tergel Khurelkhuu Tops the World Rankings

Ulaanbaatar, June 18, 2025 /MONTSAME/. The "Advanced Tour 2025" world league darts tournament for junior players, held in London, United Kingdom, began in January 2025 and concluded on June 17, 2025.
In the tournament, which consisted of 20 series of contests
exclusively in the under-16 age category, Mongolian young player Tergel
Khurelkhuu emerged as the overall winner based on cumulative points, thereby
claiming the top spot in the world youth rankings of the Junior Darts
Corporation (JDC). At just 14 years old, Tergel has become the first Asian
player to lead the JDC’s overall rankings.
The league brought together 32 elite players from nine
countries. The first Asian Champion Tergel previously won bronze medals at the
2022 and 2023 World Youth Team Championships, as well as in the individual
category at the 2024 World Youth Championship. Additionally, he is a four-time
national darts champion of Mongolia.
