Senior Mongolian Athlete Radnaa Tseren Wins Two Gold Medals at the World Masters Athletics Championships

Ulaanbaatar, March 27, 2025 /MONTSAME/. The World Masters Athletics Indoor Championships-2025 is currently underway in Alachua, Florida, the United States.
During the seven-day Championships, Mongolian State Honored Athlete Radnaa Tseren won two gold medals. Specifically, in the 90–95 age group, he claimed gold in both the 60-meter and 800-meter races. A world record holder, he registered to compete in six events at the Championship. Next, he will take part in the 200-meter, 400-meter, and 1500-meter races, as well as the triple jump category.
In November 2025, a documentary film inspired by the life and story of two-time world champion Radnaa Tseren, titled “Tsagaan Zeeriin Yanzaga” [Fawn of the White Gazelle], premiered. At the age of 85, he became the first Mongolian to claim three gold medals and set a record at the World Masters Athletics Championships in Poland. Since then, he has gone on to set a total of 17 new records at competitions held in Asia.
