Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ At its
regular meeting on January 5, the Cabinet made the following decisions:
The Cabinet approved revised
regulations on raising, spending and reporting on funds for environmental
protection and restoration.
The specialized inspection authority's duties to conduct quarantine, hygiene and quality
control inspections on goods
and vehicles crossing the border, have been transferred to the customs
authority. Therefore, the Cabinet instructed the director of the General Customs Administration to reduce the number of documents required from citizens and
companies for trading abroad, digitize the services of the customs authority, and
reduce the number of customs inspections in accordance with law.
The Cabinet made changes to
the composition of the National Council on Science and Technology.
The Cabinet ordered the
Minister of Education and Science to take actions to accelerate the
implementation of the law on Mongolian language nationwide.
