Newly renovated Students Development Center in Umnugobi ready to operate

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. Umnugobi Polytechnic College TVET students and teachers have renovated the building of the Students Development Center in the course of 11 practical trainings – through their own efforts and now the Student Development Center is offering spaces for individual career, health, psychological counseling as well as co-working space and extracurricular activities for the students.
The center will run by students’ service department in cooperation with Students council. Students in the council have been participating in training and visited similar co-working centers in Ulaanbaatar, where they had opportunity to meet and share their vision with Mr. Dave Preston, the First Secretary of Australian Embassy.
Commissioned by the BMZ, cTVET project is funded by the governments of Germany, Australia and Korea and implemented by GIZ.
