Copy of the first Constitution placed at the Constitutional Court

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. On the occasion of the Constitution Day of Mongolia, the Constitutional Court and the National Archival Authority jointly placed a copy of the first Constitution in the Hall of Honor of the Constitutional Court building today, January 13, 2021.
The first Constitution of Mongolia was adopted on November 26, 1924. The historical significance of this event lies in the declaration of the republic and its independence at the level of the Constitution.
It began the modern history of the development of the
Constitution of Mongolia and the basis for the emergence and development of the
constitutional order in Mongolia.
Earlier, on the occasion of National Freedom and Independence Day, the Constitutional Court of Mongolia placed the largest version written in traditional script of the 1992 Constitution of Mongolia.
