‘Job coach’ training takes place

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. At the initiation of the Association of Parents with Children with Disabilities NGO, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection and the Government Agency for Development of Persons with Disabilities jointly organized a training under the theme, ‘Job Coach’, on August 8-9. The training’s aims are to have persons with disabilities gain work experience and prepare job coaches.
With the support of ‘Empowerment Okinawa’ NGO of Japan, two Japanese instructors led the training, sharing their skills and experience. Specialists of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, General Agency for Labor Welfare Services, Government Agency for Development of Persons with Disabilities, Department of Labor Welfare Services of districts, and project members of projects being implemented by ADB, World Bank and the European Union attended the training.
