Uvs aimag to cooperate with Korea Tourism Organization

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Delegates of Representative office of the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO), an organization under the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Korea, started their visit in Uvs aimag on May 28. Deputy Governor of Uvs aimag T.Nyamsambuu and Head of the aimag’s Investment and Development Policy Planning Department B.Bat-Yeruult received the delegation and exchanged views on further cooperation.
The
delegates met also with authorities of the aimag’s Health Department and Central
Hospital, expressing their willingness to support the institutions in
establishing ties and exchanging medical professionals with South Korean healthcare
institutions.
Founded in 1962, KTO has resident representative offices in 33 countries and its 32nd representative office was established in Mongolia. The organization has been working on boosting the two countries’ tourism and tourism competitiveness. Moreover, it offers both regular and medical tours through certified tourism companies.
