Two Mongolists awarded for promoting Mongolian studies

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/ The
President of Mongolia has awarded the 'Order of Polar Star' to Mr. Uradyn E.
Bulag, Professor and Researcher of the Mongolia and Inner Asia Studies Unit of
the Cambridge University for his invaluable contribution in promoting Mongolian
studies abroad and the 'Medal of Friendship' to Ms. Libby Peachey,
Administrator and Research Coordinator of the Mongolia and Inner Asia Studies
Unit of the Cambridge University for her great efforts in supporting Mongolian
studies in Britain.
Mr. Tulga Narkhuu,
Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Mongolia to the UK has presented
the awards on behalf of the President of Mongolia at the Cambridge University
on 05 December 2018.
