Mayor of Ulaanbaatar meets Polish Ambassador

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On June 4, Governor of the capital
city and Mayor of Ulaanbaatar S.Amarsaikhan met with Ambassador of the Republic
of Poland to Mongolia Krzysztof Bojko, discussing relations and cooperation
between the two countries.
Ambassador Krzysztof Bojko expressed his willingness to further
expand cooperation in all fields. The ambassador then proposed collaborating in organizing the
visit of Undersecretary of State of the Polish Foreign Ministry Maciej Lang to
Mongolia that will be taking place on July 9-13 and handing over 15 fire trucks
to the Mongolian government through a Polish soft loan while requesting to have
an official meeting with the Mongolian Foreign Ministry and Ulaanbaatar city
administration during that time.
Mayor S.Amarsaikhan noted the two countries have
long-standing friendly relations after congratulating the Ambassador on his
recent presentation of credentials. “It is great to hear about the visit of the
Polish Undersecretary of State. The city administration will fully support preparatory
works of the visit. Moreover, I will hold a meeting with Mr. Maciej Lang during
his visit. I have no doubt that bilateral relations and cooperation will be
elevated to a higher level throughout your term as Ambassador of Poland to Mongolia”
he said.
In the conclusion of the meeting, the parties agreed to further deepen Mongolia-Poland relations and cooperation in all sectors.
