Two projects to be implemented in Khuvsgul with non-refundable aid of Japan

/MONTSAME/ On March 6, Governor of Khuvsgul aimag L.Ganbold and Ambassador of Japan to Mongolia Masato
Takaoka signed two agreements to carry out projects on ‘Extension of the
kindergarten in Tsagaan-Uur soum of Khuvsgul aimag’ and ‘Renovation of the
secondary school in Tarialan soum of Khuvsgul aimag’.
These
projects will be implemented under the Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human
Security Projects (GGP) Programme of the Government of Japan with a total
funding of USD 152,807 or MNT 391,800,005.
During the
signing ceremony, the Japanese Ambassador highlighted that a total of 531
projects have been implemented in Mongolia within the GGP Programme since its
launch in 1990.
