Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ During its regular meeting on September 5, the Cabinet made the following decisions:
-The Cabinet approved a resolution to celebrate the 100th birth anniversary of State Honored Pilot Tserendorj Dugar in 2018. The Minister of Defense was obliged to approve the commission and plan of actions for the anniversary.

- Based on the 25.1 provision of the Law on Air, the Cabinet approved a renewed regulation on ‘Granting special license to import, sell and use ozone depleting substance, other commutative substances and equipment that contained them’. It renewed the regulation in compliance with its implementation of duty as stated in the Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer and the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer as well as for a purpose to implement a National Program on the Protection of the Ozone Layer.
-The Cabinet adopted a National Program on Developing Research-based University. The program aims to improve management and organization of activities of the universities and to create foundation to develop research-based universities in a way of improving quality and efficiency of training, research and innovation activities. The program will be implemented from 2019 to 2023 through two phases.
