Bill on borders to be considered by joint meeting of standing committees

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A joint meeting of the Parliamentary Standing Committees on Security and Foreign Policy and on Justice is taking place at 2 pm today at the Great Chinggis Khaan Hall of the State House to hold the first reading of the new wording of the Law on State Borders.

The joint meeting is also considering the new wording on the Law Against Domestic Violence and draft amendments to the Law on Adjusting Public and Personal Interests in Public Offices and Preventing Conflicts of Interests and the Law on State Services.
After this, the standing committee on security and foreign policy will hold a separate meeting to discuss the issue of ratifications of 2015 Protocol on Amending the Resolution on Establishing the International Investment Bank and 2014 Protocol on Amending the Resolution on Establishing the International Bank for Economic Co-operation.

An issue of compensations for the damages caused by mining operations such as the land reclamation will be discussed on December 21 at the Janjin D.Sukhbaatar Hall of the State House.
