NordArt-Ulaanbaatar Symposium to be held in AugustArt & Culture
Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Mongolian pavilion at the NordArt International Exhibition of Visual Arts opened with the special project titled ‘In der Welt Sein: Encountering Sublimity’ featuring 23 works of 53 national artists. This is the third time NordArt gave our country the major stage.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to Germany D.Ganbat and his spouse B.Temuulen attended the opening and visited the Sculpture Garden of the exhibition.
Works of senior and young national artists including State Prize Laureate L.Gankhuyag, S.Sarantsatsralt and Meritorious Cultural Figure S.Dagvadorj are displayed at the exhibition.
Within the framework of the NordArt International Exhibition of Visual Arts, the first NordArt-Ulaanbaatar International Sculpture Symposium will be organized between August 12 and September 5, 2019. In this regard, 15 internationally renowned artists will visit Ulaanbaatar to collaborate with national artists. The works created during their stay in Ulaanbaatar will be presented at the Sukhbaatar Square during September 6-October 20.
