Regular webinar of the MEFIN network held

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On June 27, web-based seminar of the network for sharing policies, experiences and activities and reviewing implementation of the 2018 Plan between regulatory bodies of the member countries was held.
Mongolia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Pakistan, Philippines, Nepal and Sri Lanka are members of the network. Chairman of the Financial Regulatory Commission Dr. S.Davaasuren is chairing the Mutual Exchange Forum on Inclusive Insurance Network (MEFIN) in 2018.
The network was created under the Regulatory Framework Promotion of Pro-poor Insurance Markets in Asia (RFPI Asia) program implemented by the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ), is a collaboration of insurance policy makers and regulators.
MEFIN operates in various ways, such as public-private dialogues (PPD), international conferences, workshops, webinars and working groups. Third Public-Private Dialogue was held in Ulaanbaatar in September, 2017.
