Mongolian becomes world chess champion of minors

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ N.Sodbilegt won a gold medal in the age category up to 7 of the World Schools Individual Championships, taking place between the 2nd and 12th of December in Sochi, Russia.

Mongolia is being represented by 21 teenage and minor chess players in age categories of 7, 9 and 13 years. S.Chinguun and T.Khuslen were ranked the 6th in their respective age groups.
