Mongolian talent around the world
True artists never back down; they understand that they are the sons and daughters of a nation.  Many Mongolian artists are acknowledged around the world and they glorify Mongolia's talented people.   Fine arts unbound by frame   In recent years, fine arts around the world have been greatly transformed.  With the emergence of contemporary art, fine arts have been invigorated with a new force.  One of the leading young Mongolian contemporary artists is Odonchimeg Davaadorj who recently earned a Master’s Degree from École nationale supérieure d'arts de Paris-Cergy (ENSAPC), France.  She once said, “Mongolians cannot imagine themselves without a nomadic civilization”.

Young people willingly initiates gazelle preserving actions
“Dorniin Ikh Gegee” and “Tomo Building” LLCs’ young workers have built pools for preserving gazelles from draught. Due to the lack of rain in Dornod Aimag, a large number of gazelle has died of thirst. Therefore, workers of “Dorniin Ikh Gegee” company and “Tomo Building” company have built four pools in the steppe by sheer willingness.

Wastewater treatment plants to be built in four aimags
Wastewater treatment plants with a capacity of 3,000 cubic meter each will be constructed in the centers of Uvurkhangai, Umnugobi, Dornogobi and Arkhangai aimags. Today, June 30, the Ministry of Construction and Urban Development, Ministry of Finance of Mongolia and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) established the agreement.

Central banks of Mongolia and Russia holding roundtable meeting
The second roundtable meeting of the central banks of Mongolia and the Russian Federation is being held on 29-30 June in Ulaanbaatar. Attendees of the meeting are Governor of the Bank of Mongolia N.Bayartsaikhan, Deputy Governor of the Bank of Russia A.P.Torshina and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia to Mongolia I.K.Azizov and other officials.

Young doctor awarded for her new cancer treatment introduction
On June 29, B.Enkhjargal, who is introducing a new cancer treatment, was awarded the Best Young Doctor of the Year by a decree of the President of Mongolia. Enkhjargal Bayarsaikhan, Doctor of Medicine, Head of the Laboratory Department of the National Cancer Center is awarded with the prize named after the President for her introduction of treatment that corresponding to patient’s revealed cancer gene type for the first time in Mongolia and targeted cancer therapy and for the valuable contribution of the development of cancer research in molecular genetics, mentioned in the decree.

200 parking spaces on Sukhbaatar Square now open
On June 29, a 200-car parking space was put into operation on the south side of the central square of the capital-the Sukhbaatar Square, with a view to reduce traffic congestion in the central area of the city and create a comfortable environment for citizens, domestic and foreign tourists and travelers. Drainage system, lighting, pedestrian and chair installation works were made besides soil stripping and asphalt works were carried-out on 6650 sq.m of land from June 5-23. The new parking space has 6 bus stops, 3 parking lots for disabled persons’ vehicles and 193 normal parking spaces.

22 young officials to study in Japan under JDS program 2017
On June 29, B.Choijilsuren, Minister of Finance and Masato Takaoka, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Mongolia signed the intergovernmental exchange on “Japanese Grant Aid for human Resources Development Scholarship (JDS). In the framework of the project, 22 Mongolian young officers will be granted with JDS scholarship to study in master and doctoral programs in Japan this year.

Today, June 29, Arig Bank announced the "Let's fight Air Pollution together!" challenge with an objective to reduce carbon dioxide emissions coming from Ger districts by discovering the best heating, energy generation and supply solutions and testing, applying them in practice. Smugglers of endangered Dalmatian pelican caught
Police officers of Bayan-Ulgii aimag have revealed and are investigating an attempt to smuggle numerous heads of Dalmatian pelican through the Tsagaannuur border crossing. According to senior inspector in charge of public relations of Police department of Bayan-Ulgii aimag J.Jaganolat, during the investigation, it was confirmed that the illegal act was conducted by C, a citizen of Khovd soum of Uvs aimag, and citizens, A and C, from Ulgii soum of Bayan-Ulgii aimag.
