Ballot-casting running with hand method in Tuv aimag
The ballot casting is running in voting method of hand in Tuv aimag, as automated machines for voting have failed to operate there. “- We received a report that automated machines for voting failed to work in Tuv aimag and 10 teams, comprised of representatives from the General Intelligence Agency, Communications and Information Technology Authority and Communications Regulatory Commission, have been deployed there and now working to clarify the reason. However, voting in Tuv aimag has been shifted to hand regime, as stated in the relevant law in case of breakdown or operational failure in the vote counting automated machines. The voting is running normally there” remarked Ch.Sodnomtseren, chairman of the General Election Commission.
