Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The two candidates of the Presidential election M.Enkhbold and Kh.Battulga cast their votes in the second ballot in Ulaanbaatar.

They both addressed to the voters “- This election is running for a long period of time. Illegal activities and dark campaign during this long election make people divided. I highly regret for it and I prioritize unity. I prefer unity more than power. The vote should complete this split. On the other hand, a citizen should enjoy his/her right to elect as indicated in the Constitution. Some political powers are attempting to violate citizens' electoral rights. It is therefore desirable for citizens to enjoy their rights, granted by law, following their will” said Mongolian People’s Party candidate M.Enkhbold.

Democratic Party candidate Mr Kh.Battulga called voters for active participation in the voting, so that to make the voter turnout more than 50 per cent. “- In the last week, public power is proven to be indefinite. We have succeeded to have the Parliament and the Government make several decisions favorable to the citizens. For example, child allowance and earlier retirement age. Share distribution of Erdenet mine’s 49 per cent share and others can be named. I would like to highlight that it is possible that the Government makes a lot of positive decisions for the people if the the government is pushed”.
