Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Preliminary results of the second round of presidential election still haven't been determined after all polling stations in Mongolia submit election results.

The General Election Commission held a press briefing this morning, and reported that a polling station in Uyench soum of Khovd aimag hadn't submitted its results. The last polling station has submitted the results, and ballot papers from some European countries are still awaited now.

The Democratic Party candidate Kh.Battulga leads the poll with 610.541 votes whereas the Mongolian People's Party candidate M.Enkhbold has received 496.840 votes. 99.428 blank ballot papers constitute 8.2 percent of the total votes.

Arrival of the overseas ballot papers has been delayed due to the flight. The General Election Commission said that the plane carrying the ballot papers will land in Ulaanbaatar at around 11 PM today, July 8.

As such, the preliminary results will be determined later today.
