Arkhangai aimag to implement project with U.S. Embassy

Arkhangai /MONTSAME/. Head of the Health Department of Arkhangai aimag R.Gandiimaa met with representatives of the Embassy of the United States in Mongolia, talking about the project on improving the locals’ health and health care services that was submitted earlier to the embassy.
The representatives of the
U.S. Embassy expressed their pleasure to work together on the project which is aimed at
supplying ambulances capable of transporting patients in a horizontal position
as well as tools and equipment for training and upskilling doctors, nurses and
other health care providers.
“The cooperation with the aimag’s health department and realization of the project is one of U.S. humanitarian activities,” said the embassy officials.
The delegation exchanged
views with health professionals of the health center of Tsenkher soum of
Arkhangai aimag on the possible support from the embassy, while getting
acquainted with operation of the center.
