Best of Best apartment complex in Orkhon to be inaugurated shortly

Orkhon /MONTSAME/ The ‘BB Park’ or the ‘Best of Best’ apartment
complex is being constructed in Orkhon aimag with funding from the Republic of
Korea. The first 80 apartment building of the complex is soon to be inaugurated.
Currently, the construction work is running at 80 percent
and the complex will be handed over to the State Commission for Iinspection at
the end of next month. The apartment complex comprises of six buildings with
288 apartments in total. The local authorities gave the construction permission
but still holds the ownership right of the land. Apartments of the complex has space between 48 m² and
58 m² and will be sold at average price.
