Commemorative silver coin “Karakorum- 800-year” issued

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Bank of Mongolia (BoM) has issued 2 oz. 999 sterling silver coin “Karakorum-800 year” on the occasion of the establishment of Karakorum city, the capital of Great Mongol Empire.
The
commemorative coin was made using up-to-date Smartminting technology and
glass inset was embedded at the center of the coin.
Moreover, the BoM reset price of commemorative gold and silver coins and gold and silver bullion bars being sold this year. The Treasury Fund of the BoM issues commemorative coins in gold, silver and copper in dedication to celebration of special historic events.
