The training aims to enhance disaster preparedness of organizations and entities, improve citizens involvement and their abilities. There are number of  buildings in the seismic active region of Ulaanbaatar city that have been deemed unsafe. The issue should be re-studied during the training and appropriate step-by-step measures must be taken. On all levels, we must put in our best efforts into solving this issue. To continue to implement the law on disaster protection, we must become accustomed to planning 1 percent of the state budget for disaster risk reduction.”
