Hungarian Chargé d'Affaires works in Darkhan-Uul aimag

Darkhan-Uul /MONTSAME/. Chargé d'Affaires ad interim of the Embassy of Hungary in Mongolia Borbala Obrusanszky is on a working visit in Darkhan-Uul aimag. During her meeting with Governor of Darkhan-Uul aimag S.Nasanbat, she highlighted that the goal of the working visit is to intensify relations and partnership on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and Hungary.
" The aimag has friendly relations established with the Hungarian city of Kaposvár and it is necessary to bring partnership between the two cities to a new level,” said the Governor and expressed willingness to further develop partnership in the agricultural sector.
In the framework of various projects being implemented in the aimag on clean and wastewater management, waste processing plant, leather and hide complex, and accelerated agriculture, she also held meetings with corresponding officials to discuss the progress of the projects.
A partnership agreement to establish direct relations between Darkhan and Kaposvár cities was signed on February 17, 1972, with an amendment done later on February 21, 1993.
