Australian Ambassador works in Darkhan-Uul aimag

Darkhan-Uul /MONTSAME/. On August 21, Ambassador of Australia to Mongolia Dave Vosen did a working visit in Darkhan-Uul aimag. During the working visit, he was received by aimag authority to discuss further partnership.
Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and Australia in 1972, assistance, master’s degree scholarships, and various projects and programs have been implemented.
At the meeting, Deputy Governor A.Tuvshinbat introduced issues regarding the renovation and replanning for a secondary source for electricity and heat, high voltage power supply, water supply, and water pipes, putting forth a request to implement a project on the issues. Following the meeting, the Ambassador became acquainted with the Darkhan leather and hide processing complex as well as factories such as Darkhan Nekhii and Darkhan Minj.
