PM gives tasks to the State Emergency Commission

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ During its regular meeting held today, the State Emergency Commission reported Cabinet members on works being fulfilled during the period of heightened state of readiness. After hearing the information, Prime Minister U.Khurelsukh has assigned several tasks to the SEC. It includes:


1. To make public readiness exercise. To reach an understanding on how to work in case wide spread of the virus to the public.

2. To integrate study on readiness and mobilization of physicians and hospital staff. To make urgent appointments. To assign Health Minister to conduct an exercise in the sector  on how to work in case of 1000 people infected with the virus.

3. To prepare and equip 300-bed maternity hospital, which is built in Yarmag and ready to be commissioned, for the use in case of outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic occurs.

4. High and mid-level authorities, decision makers and officials to deliver information through one channel. And the PM warned them to be responsible for their work and not to spread obscure information that lead public to divide.
