GMIT and Mongol Koosen sign Memorandum of Understanding

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. On March 6, the German-Mongolian Institute for Resource and Technology (GMIT) and ‘Mongol Koosen’ College of Technology signed a Memorandum of Understanding to expand their cooperation in academic training and research.
Present at the signing ceremony were Rector of the Mongol Koosen, M. Sergelen, Rector of GMIT, Prof. B. Battsengel, and
Vice-Rector for Education, Prof. L. Altangerel. The sides discussed on training programs, experience exchange of lecturers and students, and further
opportunities for cooperation.
Both institutions are providing Japanese and German engineering education in
Mongolian education. As a result of the collaboration, students and lecturers
from both institutions, who are trained in
combined engineering, will be able to interact with their unique culture and
knowledge.
