Mongolia-Canada parliamentary group chair meets Canadian Ambassador

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ MP, Chairperson of the Mongolia-Canada intergovernmental parliamentary group B.Saranchimeg met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to Mongolia Catherine Ivkoff on January 17.

MP B.Saranchimeg voiced her request to actively collaborate with the Canadian Embassy in Mongolia in elevating and expanding bilateral parliamentary relations and cooperation and undertook to provide full support in this regard.

The Canadian Ambassador requested that the two sides partner on matters concerning women’s rights and leadership and gender.

At the end of the meeting, MP B.Saranchimeg gifted her second book ‘Purposive Move’ to Ambassador Catherine Ivkoff.
