Foreign Minister meets with Ambassador of Japan

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Minister of Foreign Affairs D.Tsogtbaatar received Ambassador of Japan to Mongolia M.Takaoka on June 3.
Noting that strategic partnership relations between Mongolia and Japan have been strengthening more with deep political trust, the parties exchanged views on high-level reciprocal visits to be made this year and other issues on relations and cooperation.
Minister D.Tsogtbaatar briefed about his initiatives on increasing youth’s involvement in building peace and security by using advantages of social network and issuing a digital journal ‘Peacebook’ with participation of young researchers and diplomats and expressed interest to collaborate with Japanese research institutes and non-government organizations in this direction. The sides agreed to work exchanging information continuously on it.
